Hello Everyone!

Hello Everyone! Welcome to Junkie Munkie Cyber Jungle.
I’ve created this blog with the sole purpose of helping people to understand the world of Cybersecurity while shedding light on the foundational aspects of the space. This monkey has been swinging in this jungle for a good amount of time now. I’ve made mistakes, learnt from them and then made some more mistakes. With each mistake I’ve made, something new was learnt. I want all of you to understand that it’s okay to get stuck and not know what is happening, There is something special about this entire Cybersecurity community. Everyone that has made it here knows that it’s all about the grind.
I will be sharing with you the journey that I’ve embarked on and all the little juicy berry-tales about this profession.

We’ll be learning about building computers, creating tools, automating the recurring process to save time and let us focus on the important bits. Every branch that I’ve swung on and missed has taught me a great deal and I want you guys to get the most out of my experience.

First, we’ll get into NETWORKS and understand how the internet works and how information is shared, stored and protected. Then, we’ll see how things are taken apart and tinkled to suit ones objectives. We’ll slowly progress on to understand more about Penetration Testing, Bug Bounty
Malware Analysis, Malware development, Cryptography and most importantly How one can develop the Hacker Mentality. Breaking and making things is a big part of this industry and if you’ve got that bit down then you’ll start having fun.
