It’s pleasure to announce that Bug Zero has onboarded Janashakthi and is offering their assets for the bug bounty program. This presents a great opportunity for bug hunters to test their skills and find potential vulnerabilities in the Janashakthi system. At the same time, Janashakthi can benefit from the expertise of the bug hunters in identifying and addressing any security flaws in their system, which can help to improve the overall security of their assets.

Furthermore, it’s great to see Bug Zero expanding into the insurance sector, where the security of assets is crucial. By providing a platform for bug hunters to identify and report potential security issues, Bug Zero can help companies in the insurance sector to secure their assets and protect them from cyber threats.

Staff’s Capacity Building Programme 2

Bug Zero recently organized its 2nd staff capacity building program on February 15th, which was held at the Dilmah co-working space. The event sounds like it was very productive, as it provided an opportunity for the team to discuss the latest cybersecurity trends and plan the way forward for Bug Zero.

It’s essential for Bug Zero staff to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, given the rapidly evolving nature of the field. By doing so, the team can better anticipate potential security threats and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.

Additionally, having a way forward plan is crucial to the long-term success of Bug Zero. It’s great to hear that the team took the time to discuss and plan their future steps. By having a clear plan in place, the team can better focus their efforts and work more efficiently towards achieving their goals.

Overall, it sounds like the event was a success, and I’m sure that the knowledge gained and the planning done at the event will help Bug Zero to stay at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.

Colombo Bug Bounty Meetup will be held on February 21st, 2023, at Hatch Auditorium from 6 pm to 8 pm. However, due to the high number of registrations received, Bug Zero will have to select participants due to the limited space available.

Selected participants will be notified via email, and they will have the opportunity to attend the event in person. Those who are not selected can still participate in the event by live streaming the program on Bug Zero’s YouTube channel. It’s important to subscribe to the channel in advance to ensure that you receive the latest updates and notifications for the event.
