Barbara Massa, EVP and chief of business operations at FireEye, tells Eamon Javers that a degree isn't necessarily the best qualifier for a cybersecurity position. There are training programs and certifications that can bring folks up to the level needed for a lot of these open positions, Massa says. We need much more of the, "problem-solving, critical thinking and out of the box skills sets versus just that four year degree to be successful in cyber," Massa tells Javers.
