ZDNET senior reviews editor Kerry Wan recommends the iPhone 16 for those who pefer a smaller handset, as well as if you can score savings on one. "You shouldn't buy the iPhone 16 for its AI capabilities -- not yet, at least. Until the software is more polished, my advice is that unless your carrier offers a generous trade-in deal, ... you should wait a few more months and see how Apple progresses with its AI developments," Wan says in his review

"Consider [the iPhone 16] for what it offers today. That means buying it for the performant A18 chipset, the more flexible camera system, and the exceptional battery life. If you value one-handed usability and comfort, go with the smaller iPhone 16."

Don't miss this T-Mobile deal while you can still snag it.
