This leads the programmer or the candidate to learn more and to find more. By doing this they earn and win the prestige and pride and money which leads them to the better future. This is the open source of getting success on the capabilty of the him/her self. Other campanies rather than social media and software should start their own programme to huntdown the bugs and let the candidate win on his/her capability.
