The U.S. Senate on Tuesday passed the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, a $250 billion bill aimed at countering China’s technological ambitions. Dan Blumenthal of the American Enterprise Institute says U.S. security provisions need to be strengthened to counter China on intellectual property theft.
